Peer Evaluation

Every week, each of you says how the work was shared. Meeting expectations is the full grade. Anything else asks you to say what happened - and, if it is below, to have had the conversation first.

Starting fresh this week This form replaces the one you used in week 5, and two things are different. You now pick a category instead of a number out of ten. And for anything below met expectations, the conversation with that person happens before you finish submitting this form, not afterwards.

Meeting expectations is the whole grade Doing your agreed share earns full credit. Exceeded is not worth more marks - it is there so good work gets named, and your instructor keeps a count of it.
This is not tattling Nobody is reporting anybody. This is a week-by-week record of how the work was shared, so that participation is tracked as it happens rather than reconstructed from memory in December.

Your team still governs itself. The team charter you wrote is the agreement you hold each other to, and you can amend it whenever the team decides to - if the way you are working has changed, change the charter to match.

And no single week decides anything: the participation grade is finalized at the end of the semester. What you are looking at here is a running total.
When it is open Each week's evaluation opens on the Tuesday after that week - so you are looking back at a week that has finished - and closes at noon on Wednesday, the day before the next class, unless your instructor extends a particular week - the banner on the form always shows the real cut-off. Outside those hours the form is closed. If something genuinely stops you, tell your instructor; she can reopen a week.
